Dana Mahoney is a seasoned designer-turned-UX-researcher, known for her unique, multi-dimensional approach and ability to collaborate with designers to translate complex research insights into actionable, user-centered designs. At Elsevier, she led groundbreaking research efforts—most notably for the world’s first AI tool in nursing education—which drove innovation across global healthcare and education markets over her 8-year tenure.​
